Return Policy
We want every piece to feel right on your body. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available for size or fit adjustments to ensure your garment moves with you beautifully.
Exchange requests
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests should be submitted to exchanges@pilates.cosmos.store.
Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
What Happens Next
Once your exchange is approved, your new piece will enter production. As with all made-to-order pieces, please allow standard processing time before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer. If you have any questions or need help finding the right fit, we’re here to support you.
