This website is operated by Pilates Cosmos. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pilates Cosmos.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or product availability issues.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes are included or displayed at checkout as required by law.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We do not have access to your full payment-card details.

Pre-orders

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. The estimated dispatch date will be stated on the relevant product page.

Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, quality-control or logistics circumstances. If there is a significant change to the expected delivery date, we will provide relevant information where appropriate.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched once they are ready. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions and circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. The 14-day return period includes weekends and public holidays.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged may not be accepted.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for accepted returns.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, product names and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pilates Cosmos and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the website or its operation.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
