Returns

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within the applicable legal timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
